Foraging Feast with Michelle
Duration: 2.5 - 3 hours / $75 per person
Available on Wednesdays & Saturdays during season
(11am - 2:00pm)
Step into the wild landscape of 'The Barrens' to discover the edible treasures hiding in plain sight.
You’ll learn how to identify local plants, berries and herbs; gain a better understanding of their medicinal properties; and become familiar with preservation methods that allow you to incorporate these foods into your diet all year round.
This experience provides a true taste of place that is rooted, rustic and unforgettable.
Gut Health & Fermentation Workshop with Michelle
Duration: 2 hours / $75 per household (includes 3 starters)
Available on Thursdays & Sundays while in season
(9:30am-11:30am)
This workshop is more than gut health education—it’s a chance to reset, recharge, and reconnect with your whole self.
Through hands-on learning, you’ll discover how to create powerful fermented foods and understand why they’re essential for lasting health and vitality.
Wellness Workshops with Michelle
Duration: 1-2 hours depending on the program / $75 per person
Available on request & ability to fit into schedule
Your host Michelle is a teacher, life coach, and CBT practitioner—as well as a singer/songwriter, visual artist, author and speaker.
She blends education, coaching and the arts to create transformational workshops and programs that use creativity as a tool for insight, growth and self-discovery.

Lighthouse Hike with Reidar
Duration: 2.5 - 3 hours / $75 per person (lunch included)
Available on Tuesdays & Fridays while in season
(11:00am - 2:00pm)
Cape Pine Lighthouse is a National Historical Site. It's also where Michelle's father was the Light-Keeper and where she spent the majority of her younger years.

This hike will take you to Table Rock - the spot where ships would land lighthouse supplies before there were roads. Another short ways along the coastline you will come to Arnold's Cove Beach where you will enjoy your packed lunch.

Shipwreck Hike with Reidar
Duration: 2.5 - 3 hours / $75 per person (lunch included)
Available on Wednesdays & Saturdays in season
(11am - 2:00pm)
Your host Reidar is a an avid hiker and a great guide who will lead you to a shipwreck site to see remnants of The Crewe - a ship that grounded in 1901.
The terrain is light and you'll reach the site in approximately 20-25 minutes. Along the way, Reidar will describe the way of life in this area and the effect shipwrecks had on the people who lived here.

From there you will hike a little further along the coastline to Square Rock where you will enjoy a coastline lunch before hiking back to the car.
