Learn how to make your own kefir, kombucha and cultured vegetables while gaining insight into how fermented foods support digestion, immunity and vitality.
Michelle will guide you through approachable, everyday methods for incorporating these foods into your routine.
You’ll leave inspired, informed and equipped with both knowledge and three different take-home ferment starters (valued over $60) to continue your gut-health journey.
