1. General Information
The Keeper’s Kitchen Inn is a privately owned and operated hospitality business located at 1 Main Road in St. Shotts, Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a valid credit card.

A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon check-out as well as any other costs incurred by you, the guest.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (15% harmonized sales tax in NL).

Guests must be 19 years of age or older to make a reservation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.

“No-shows” or early departures are non-refundable.

For group or event bookings, special cancellation policies may apply and will be outlined at the time of reservation.
4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. | Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
5. Guest Conduct

We ask all guests to respect our property, staff, and other guests. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Smoking, vaping, or open flames are not permitted indoors. A cleaning fee may be charged if this policy is violated.
6. Alcohol Policy
The Keeper’s Kitchen Inn is a fully licensed establishment. As per our license regulations, any private alcohol must be consumed in guest rooms only and not in public or dining areas.

Guests assume responsibility for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

Personal injury, loss, theft or damage to personal property.

Cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather events, travel disruptions, or public health emergencies).

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected changes.
