Coaching Session
With her background in education, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Life Coaching, Michelle provides a safe and supportive space to explore life transitions, self-doubt or big decisions that may be calling for clarity.
Sessions focus on identifying patterns, reframing limiting thoughts and creating practical steps forward—all within the grounded, nurturing atmosphere of The Keeper’s Kitchen Inn.
